I've been reading really good stuff about 5-Amino-1MQ, and it seems the protocol is to take 150mg daily orally. My source sells it in liophylized form though, to be injected. I was wondering what should the injectable dosage be? And should I do it SubQ or IM?

0 human studies. No such thing as a protocol: just whatever dose folks have yolo’d

Is it the affiliates and promotors you've been reading/watching? They all seem to want to stack this with glp1 ... and then promote the stack as result, or some other stack, when how do you know it wasn't just GLP1 ? If it worked so good, why does it have to be stacked, why can't you see these results alone? Just questions I ponder.

5-amino-1MQ is still too new and understudied to have a set protocol.

'Research indicates that 5-Amino-1MQ can effectively reduce body weight, decrease white adipose mass, and lower cholesterol levels in diet-induced obese mice without affecting food intake. Additionally, it has been shown to enhance muscle strength and endurance, particularly in aged mice, suggesting potential benefits for muscle health. The compound is being investigated for its potential as a therapeutic agent for obesity and related metabolic conditions, as it may improve insulin sensitivity and energy expenditure. However, its safety for human use has not been established, and more research is needed to clarify its effects and risks. ' Sarmguide.com

All dosages in humans are speculative and are being widely debated. However, a standard dosage appears to be: Oral, 50-150mg split a.m. and p.m. but not too late in the day as it can disrupt circadian rhythm and cause sleep disturbances. With or without food tends to be a matter of opinion.

Injectable dose is where the real debate lies. Most online sources suggest starting at 150 mcg once per day. However some users and sites suggest taking as high as 50 mg/day. Since it is unstudied in humans, that seems like a pretty risky move to make (besides it is super expensive at that dose), so lesser is safer and more feasible.

Oral supplementation appears to produce decent results, though subtle for most. Injectable results are not as clear. Most users report that they would not continue with it after completing one cycle because of the lack of definitive benefit.

If you try it then it is truly an experiment in the uncharted because it is still too unknown as to effective dosage, side effect profile and safety (though it appears to have few side effects).
