54 yo Woman lost 100# on tirz

Hi all! I'm 54 and new to forums so I'm hoping I get this to post.🙃 I'm a realtor in FL and a young client of mine told me about this forum. We just closed on his new home and the sellers left some really good ice cream in his freezer and he didn't want it and neither did I. I told him I'd lost 100 pounds on tirzepatide over the past year and he told me all about retatrutide and how he had already lost 100# as well. We got to chatting and sharing information and he suggested this forum so I could learn more about all of the peptides available out there. Needless to say I was intrigued and really want to learn more about the options available to people so I can continue on my weight loss journey safely and effectively. Thanks!

Lifechanging! I never knew how obsessed with food I was until I was free of it.

How long it took you and your client to lose 100 lbs?

It took me a year on tirzepatide. He is a young 25 year old male and lost around 100 in 8 months on retatrutide which I'd never even heard of. I will say that I changed my diet to high protein and counting calories with My Fitness Pal and I am active daily with walking and playing tennis.
