Thursdays - Cagri (max dose reached)

Lost 50 pounds in the 1st half of 2025. Need to lose 21 more for ideal weight.
Have 2 unused Reta 30 mg kits in the fridge as I plan to give up the dual agonist for the triple agonist.
Chinese compound sources have been a blessing all around.

I have stalled for 6 months on Tirz 15mg. Was thinking of adding Reta. Wondering if I should be titrating down on the Tirz while adding the Reta or stay on 15mg

I stalled at 15 mg trz for several months. I bumped it up to 20 mg. I'm back to losing 1 to 2 lbs per week. I couldn't be happier. I am getting close to my target weight. Soon I will decrease the dose to maintain my target weight.
