For me it's 5000/1000/1000/1000mcg or above per day.
Late input, but you should look at BPC 157 as well. I tore my meniscus recently and using bpc was walking without pain in 3 weeks vs 6 months.Ooooooo that's good info. I have a bucket handle tear in my meniscus, and a totally severed ACL in the same knee. I also ruptured two ligaments in my ankle on the same leg. I may need to research AOD for myself. Thanks for sharing!
Cartalax is not worth the risk for me. I’ll pass. And AOD? Took it for 9 months-never noticed that it did anything for my creaky arthritic joints..Update after 7 weeks:
Unsure which of the last 3 won the battle, perhaps Cartalax since stopping it after 30 days brought the pain back.
- Pain from osteoarthritis of the hips not a problem anymore (confirmed by PT history). Tons of OA left elsewhere, but not causing pain right now
- Oxytocin good for inflammation pain suppression (needs high doses), but too much diarrhea risk after 6 weeks, even after half dose (same problem with VIP)
- Cartalax unsung hero, don't stop it after a few weeks despite what you read
- High dose of KLOW and/or AOD all along could also have been the solution
My advice: as long as you're in pain, don't stop a protocol after 20/28 days, just because someone made up an arbitrary number of days.

Based on recommendations I'm taking AOD 500mg 2x/day (1000mcg total), which is a higher dose than many.Cartalax is not worth the risk for me. I’ll pass. And AOD? Took it for 9 months-never noticed that it did anything for my creaky arthritic joints..
BPC-157 is a part of KLOW along with GHK-cu, TB4 10mg and KPV 10mg.Late input, but you should look at BPC 157 as well. I tore my meniscus recently and using bpc was walking without pain in 3 weeks vs 6 months.
Today is day 7 of KLOW(GLOW+KPV flavor) and CJC/IPA. I feel improvements alreadyLate input, but you should look at BPC 157 as well. I tore my meniscus recently and using bpc was walking without pain in 3 weeks vs 6 months.

I'm going for 12 weeks.
What's the risk with Cartalax?
Ok, was a very short answer because I was going to bed. Did some digging and I was very much told wrong. I think the person I was discussing it with confused it- she was telling me it causes some serious heart trouble. Because I did NOT recall her saying anything about joint issues, I went digging when I had a minute. That stuff sounds very promising!!Heart issues
