If you were going from 1 month into 7.5mg of Tirz to Ret, where would you begin on Ret? Obviously your body tolerance is at 7.5 for a dual agonist, however, given it’s a triple agonist do you begin on starting dose?

most people suggest starting at the lowest dose of reta. you don't know how your body will react.

reta causes increased heart rate. some triz will remain in your system for the swapover

From what I've read people stack both until their body gets acclimated to reta then abruptly stop tirz.

I would drop down to 5mg tirz and start 2mg reta then gradually taper down tirz in a span of few weeks. You might be able to find more information from people who transitioned from Sema to Tirz to see what their protocol was. This is the only thing stopping me from starting reta.

i just took my 3rd dose of reta (2mg week 1, 3mg week 2, 4mg week 3). i was split dosing tirz 7.5mg 2x a week before. i ended up stopping cold turkey a week before starting reta. definitely felt the hunger come back but besides that all has been good. haven't gained/lost any weight in the meantime, just a stall while i ramp up which i consider fine and okay since reta by all accounts is very powerful especially early on.

i have cheated the initial titration schedule a bit though by starting at the bottom and going up 1mg a week. i think i might stay at 4mg for a few weeks before bumping up to 5mg or 6mg next.

I was taking 10mg Tirz and I am in the process of switching to reta for maintenance. I dropped to 7.5mg of Tirz and started 2mg of reta, over the past 6-7 weeks I am down to 3.6mg of Tirz and up to 4mg of reta. All doses are every 6-7 days with Tirz/Reta doses split by a couple of days.

I plan to go up to 5mg reta next week and will decide what to do with Tirz after I pin the 5mg. I may just stop it, or maybe go down to 2mg for a week or two. I think once I get to 6mg of reta I will no longer need the tirz but I am hoping that I can eventually maintain with a lower dose reta. I do find that I am eating more with this combo and that I am usually pretty hungry when dinner time hits.

Over the past 8 weeks I have lost about 6lbs. Most of this loss occurred when I added the 2mg reta to my reduced 7.5mg Tirz dose. I am 6'1" with CW of 181lbs and my planned GW for maintenance is to be in the 170-180lb range which will put my BMI at about 23%.

Wow. I am using the slowest titration up then. Started Tirz 35 weeks ago. Now at 10.4mg every 5 days. Started Cagri at 0.13mg/week, 11 weeks ago, increasing ~0.04mg each week, now at 0.5mg/6 days. Cagri is a nice booster but feel a bit nauseous too easily. Never on Tirz. Started Reta at 0.5mg/week 8 weeks ago, increasing about 0.16mg each week, and now at 1.5mg/week. Takes 3-4 weeks before you see full effect. Started low to reduce negative side effects. Loosing ~1.5 lbs a week. 0 exercise, sit at a desk all day. Down 55 lbs in 35 weeks. Past 4 weeks = 0 hunger. I actually don't like eating anymore. I don't want to titrate up to quickly in fear of loosing the magic too fast. Studies show most loose only half a pound a week after 36 weeks, and have to stay at max dosage for another 36 more weeks (on tirz). I have another 45 lbs to go, to hit BMI of 25. That's 30+ more weeks. Tirz half life is 5 days, 99% out your system by 30-32 days. End game plan: Tirz 5mg/week, no Cagri, 8mg/week on Reta. After reaching BMI goal: only Reta ~4mg/week for one more year, or will adjust maintenance based on more current data.
