9 vials in a kit

Then why is this only happening for shipments to the EU and UK? Why wouldn't they be taking a vial from every kit, or every 20 kits, wherever they're going? From what I've seen it is only this specific area where this is happening. Why would a vendor create a customer service issue on purpose that they would need to make good and cost them more later? There is more going on here, IMO.

No one knows for sure yet. It's a conundrum. The article came out 4 days ago and there is no answer yet. It really doesn't make sense either way.

Another Grey Market Oddity: The Case of the Missing Vials

A vendor is reporting an odd pattern with EU and UK shipments: kits arriving with one vial missing or mixed-up vials. This isn't affecting USA deliveries and he's estimated about 15 out of 70 shipments are affected and it's been going on for about a month now.

That’s what makes this strange. It could be customs interference, but selective single-vial removal seems odd.

It could be warehouse or forwarding theft, especially if packages are being handled through relay points before reaching customers.

Maybe someone else has experienced this?

My no vendor banner was removed so I can freely share - it's Furong.


They offered $5 credit for the next order but that's not even 50% value of the vial.

A good amount of people have had issues with them.

Now you got me worried. I didn't know vendors ask to ship back the batch... the tracking through Germany went smooth, no mention of customs checks.

Some vendors (reputable ones make you destroy the vials on camera). Nefarious ones ask for them back so they can resell them.

That's very interesting. I've ordered from the same vendor in the past and it didn't happen.
