99.XX % pure - what's in the XX ?

I'm curious if any one know what makes up the small % that is not the peptide ?

I've seen a picture of the actual amount of peptide vs size of the puck in a typical vial - the puck is huge in comparison.
Any ideas what the composition of the puck is ?
