Hoping this this will help someone else because this has proven to be invaluable to me.
In the past losing weight simply meant did the scale go down. Many times when it stopped moving or moved more slowly I would lose my faith in the process, give up, or change what I'm doing. This time round has been different. YES stacking Tirz & Reta has helped but there have been the ups and downs over the past 80 days that would normally derail me.
So what is different.
1) I use Gemini as my AI coach and it has given me invaluable feedback that was missing in the past. Example: (weight today is 221.7. Gemini: This is the same weight as yesterday, do not change what you are doing because this is a succesful day, after leg day scale noise is often present and can present as water gain of 0.2 to .05 lbs. You stayed flat which shows continued fat loss being masked by water weight from exercise.)
2) The first 45 days I lost 3.3lbs a week, and the past 3 weeks the weight loss is approx 1.2 lbs per week. Gemini: This is expected at this stage of you cut. You have lost all the easy water and inflammation weight, you have less fat weight and because you are working very hard to preserve lean body mass your actual weight loss will slow down as you start to recomposition your body.
This time at my age I am focusing on recomp as much as weight loss, this means non-scale victories and looking in the mirror are more important than the actual scale weight. I measure myself every other Sunday and seing the tape change has been more motiving than the scale change.
I got Hume scale to track my trends (not about the actual changes) and seeing them all go in the right direction is also encourages me because sometimes the weight stays static but the measurements and the way clothing fit changes.
I encourage anyone who reaches their mental platuea to incorporate a coach and see your non scale victories I love my Gemini coach.
