I just want to share my excitement!
Since April I went from 317lbs starting weight to 277lbs. I’m late twenties, woman, 5’10, goal weight of 180.
I’m running a whole food, high protein, high fiber diet that is going very well. I’m consistently lifting four days a week. Pinning Tirz, Reta, and Tesamorelin. My bloodwork had several good improvements from Jan 2025 to June 2026. My A1C went from 6.0 to 5.6. Fasting glucose went from 130 to 85. Triglycerides went from 257 to 117. HDL went from 35 to 39. Total cholesterol from 205 to 192. LDL is still 130 though. ALT went from 25 to 13. Everything else is in normal range!

Those are great labs!

Your elevated LDL could just be from the weight loss in general..

I fall into a "Lean Mass Hyper Responder" so my LDL is like 165, but my Triglycerides are 80 and my HDL was 89... My current GP is fine with my numbers, because he looks at it as the total picture....

Great job and keep up the good work! 💪💪

💪. Congrats. Keep up the good work. Very inspiring.

Nice job! You keep up the progress and those numbers will continue towards the normal ranges for sure! Just takes consisteny.

Perhaps people don’t hear it when they say it, but this stuff is backhanded. Obviously I’m not stopping now, I literally said in my post that I’m not stopping until I lose nearly 100 more lbs. Also several of those numbers are already now in a normal range… You’re certainly not alone in making these remarks to various people, but perhaps consider what the timing and combination of words really communicates.

Hey that’s FANTASTIC!!! Between the meds and your hard work, you’re winning big time. Congrats on both the loss and your improved health markers!
