A lot to unpack here...but need advice

Thank you everyone for all the wonderful advice and suggestions! I'm truly grateful. I've started doing some stretches that seem to help. I just ordered the foam incline and heal seats. And most of all, thanks for the reassurance that it's not Reta. I'll be upping my does to 1mg (2mg seems a bit intense to me going from 0.5mg). I'll stay on that for 4 weeks before going to 2.

As for my comment about not going over 5mg - that's just a personal thing...nothing from my research. Maybe I'll change my mind once I've been on Reta for a while and actually see some difference.
