2. Shipping
We offer door-to-door shipping that includes customs clearance and tax. If a package is lost in transit or detained by customs, we’ll either reship your order for free or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.Delivery timelines:

- Most other regions: 8–15 business days
3. Warehouses
Most products ship from China, with US and Canadian warehouses currently under construction.Please inquire for details.
