I know a lot of people are evaluating new vendors in light SRY and SSA, so thought I'd post my experience with giving ABC a try.
I had placed an order with SRY about 5 days before the chaos last weekend. It was a relatively important order (to me) because of an upcoming ortho surgery.
Once I realized there was a good chance it might not arrive on time, I reached out to several vendors w/ US warehouses to check inventory and shipping timelines so I could make the best decision. Allen confirmed he had the product in stock and that it would ship that same day, so I placed the order with him immediately after his message.
It then took 2 days to receive payment info, which I paid right away and sent confirmation. Two days later, I was told payment was received but that he still needed my phone number (even though everything was already being handled through WhatsApp). I sent it anyway. Another 2 days later, I received a tracking number — but only for one of the items, not the critical one.
I’ve acknowledged multiple times that I understand things got hectic, but I’ve also asked for clarification about when the other item will ship, stressing the importance, and that I could make other plans if need be. I still haven’t received any response. It's been another 3 days.
I’m not worried it will never ship, and it’s not life-or-death for the surgery, but it was important to me and I've tried to be as clear as possible.....So, it has been disappointing that communication has been so slow, inaccurate, and not as promised. I'll update if anything changes and how it all turns out.
