ACL Healing

Has anyone heard of something that can heal a grade 3 tear in the ACL? I know they say BPC-157 and TB-500, but I have a grade 3 tear and was hoping to heal it without surgery because the surgery process is exhausting.

I do want to get back to sports. I got the injury by basically falling on my knee.

I mean the bro science says hgh and high protein? I wish I could be more helpful. The KLOW blends might be worth looking into because collagen. I've been considering it but dropping ~200 on a kit of it seems steep.
