Been dealing with some issues from weight training, particularly a bit of a tweaked forearm muscle and some golfers elbow. I’ve lightened the weight and avoiding movements that aggravate the issue but still nagging for a a month or so now. Was thinking about adding a bpc/tb blend to help with recovery. I’m currently on trt, Reta, motsc, and soon adding cjc/ipa blend to my stack. Would adding the bpc/tb blend cause issues. Is anyone on a similar stack or have any input or advice. Appreciate it.

im in a similar situation, although I am not on anything yet. I am brand new to the world of peptides and trying to learn. I have never had it diagnosed so I dont know exactly what it is but I suspect its golfers elbow/tendonitis that I got as a young bricklayer over 20 years ago. once I quit bricklaying it pretty much went away with only a very rare flare up. I recently started going to the gym and doing bicep curls it was instantly like I was a bricklayer again. I have been trying to adjust my movements and hold myself back to try to give it time to go away but its just been nagging me since and limitis my performance. bpc-157 and tb-500 seems to be the best fit to try for a possibly treatment. Im not sure if I should just try a "wolverine stack", or how the results might change if I do them individually instead, or even if I decide to to add something else for another benefit in there as well.

Your stack sounds very similar to mine. I would 100% add BPC and TB to your stack. I had serious golfers elbow that went into my shoulder and then into my wrist. My left arm was pretty useless unless I left it to rest for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I could barely manage to curl a 10lb dumbell. 5 times. Within 2 weeks my arm was 80% better and within 30 days it was 90% better.

If I miss a couple days it starts to come back a bit but I'm finally able to do my full workout routine again with no issues.

I do 1mg morning and night of BPC every day and 1mg TB500 3 times a week in morning.

From all the research I found it doesn't really matter if you do more and there's not a lot of research out there that says what the max dose is. There's a ton of speculation, but very little that I could find on fact. If you take too much you are basically just wasting product. I've double my dose some weeks just to be sure but I honestly don't know what's the max for me and I would rather get the max out of it and waste some.

All I know is that I thought I would live with this useless arm for the rest of my life and these 2 peps healed me.

I have been running my current stack for 6 months now.

I have been on a similar stack for the last 3 months and the BPC/TB has been great for nagging injuries (golfers elbow, achilles tendonitis) and general aches/pains. Would love to hear how CJC/IPA goes for you. It's on my radar too (already got the kit) but have not done an IM injection before so need to mentally conquer that barrier 🙂
