Advice on first cycle

I am 38 year old male, 68kg, 9% body fat. Lift 5 days a week, run on the other two. Eat 3000 calories a day, diet is well controlled. 180g protein.

Just had my bloods done. These are my results:
Oestradiol: 72.1 pmol/L
Testosterone: 16.70 nmol/L
Free Testosterone (Calc): 0.2788 nmol/L
SHBG: 45.1 nmol/L

I am looking to pack on muscle and I’m thinking of doing my first cycle for 12-14 weeks and would like some feedback:
* Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate: 250 mg per week m. Thinking of pinning subq daily.
*1iu of HGH for first two weeks then move up to 2iu.
*Anavar 50mg per day for 6 weeks
* HCG 250IU x3 week
*Retatrutide - maintenance dose
*MotsC - 2mg x5 days a week.

Any feedback on this proposed cycle would be really appreciated.

There are much knowledgeable people here then me when it comes to AAS cycles but I can tell you from experience that 1u-2iu wont do anything for packing on any size. That's more a therapeutic dose.
Might improve sleep a bit but that's it.
Hgh is slow run. You really need run it for longer than cycle length - 6 months.
 
Agree with the above your want to be in the 4-5iu range to see anything out of it and even then given the cost i'd just run another aas compound once you've completed a couple of cycles of just test and anavar safely but that's a slippery slop to and needs to be done with careful monitoring of bloods and cycle support. Probably wouldn't pin test c or test e at that low a dose any more frequently than EOD.

You didn’t list your Igf score (or i didn’t see it). Regardless, skip for now. Most likely, it isn’t that low, and to notice anything, you would want to take 4iu, and you aren’t ready for that yet. And either way, you don’t need it for you goals now. Do a test only first cycle. Assuming you meant VAR last 6 weeks, but that is to largely dry out and finish up. Don’t think you need that now. First cycle should be to see how your body reacts re e2 and hemocrit largely. I would do 14-16 weeks personally and might consider 300 mg if going to consider it a cycle (any other forum will tell you 400 at least). If you are going to stop the test, ensure you have your PCT ready, as most people lose half of the gains. And if going down this road, know this - I’ve been around this 30 years and do not know one person that has done only one cycle.
 
People have different reactions to test. Do you have a plan if your estrogen levels get too high?

Will you just lower your dose? Use AI? Mast? Primo? EQ?

2iu's of HGH is definitely too low for a 16 week cycle. You're barely feeling some of its effects by the time you end your cycle.
 
Thanks you all for your feedback. So common consensus on this and other platforms is to skip the HGH, so I am going to do that. In fact I think as suggested, I will stick to the test alone but I’m going to add in some peptides along the way for example CJC/IPA and MOTSc.

which test should I go for Test E or Test C?

Is there a “Best PCT” to consider? I want this to hand over the cycle.

In regards to estrogen I am planning on pinning daily, which I believe helps keep levels low. i don’t want to use an AI. Don’t know much about Primo or Mast.

I am also going to start gradually bumping up the calories to 3500 before starting.
 
I would take the time and figure out your maximum dose of test before needing an AI/Primo/EQ. Mast acts like a sarm and just masks E2 effects. Start out at a high TRT dose of say 200mg/week. Get bloods after 5 weeks and go from there. Test E or C are both long esters and won't matter if your going to pin daily anyways. I'd also get used to intermuscular injection right of the bat as most gear is designed to be taken that way. You can go a long way just on TRT/noob/muscle memory before blasting away. PTC for me is just cruising on TRT, but I'm done having kids. My schedule looks like this: Lean bulk 20 weeks (test/NPP/EQ or primo, start right after Thanksgiving), summer dry out 6 weeks (test/EQ/mast/Anavar), cruse (TRT/mast, drop mast in Sept), lean bulk.
