Hey guys! I'm new here and wanted to know peoples thoughts on my game plan.

I've ordered some tesa for visceral fat loss and muscle retention and plan on dosing 2mg at night with a 5/2 split for 2 months before taking a 2 month break. I'm going to get labs for IGF levels before beginning, at the month mark, and after the cycle. Based on my age I'll probably halt dosing if I exceed maybe 400 ng/ml IGF or have any other negative side effects. Ideally I want to balance safety, cost and efficacy and I'm hopeful my plan can do that while maximizing health benefits.
I've been taking 1.8mg of Tirz every 5 days for around 3 weeks and still finding very strong appetite suppression where I struggle to get 1200+ calories. I ideally want to stay at this dosage for as long as possible before titrating.
I'm taking vitamin supplements, sublingual b12 and electrolytes. I'm doing around 6 hours of weight lifting and 2 hours of cardio per week. And I haven't eaten a single bit of processed food since beginning.
One question I had was which labs should I be getting done? Probably going to get IGF, GH, Testosterone just out of curiosity, CMP, but wasn't sure what else I should test for? Any suggestions would be appreciated. As well as any thoughts on the current plan.
