I am new to peptides. Reta has me interested in putting together a stack.

my goals would be
Longevity, hair health , skin health, detox, fat loss, improved sleep quality, daytime energy

Advice would be greatly appreciated. Currently I am late 40s 30% body fat. Lingering visceral belly fat.

This forum has me interested in a lot of compounds but I would like to put together an optimal stack without redundancy. I have seen mixes but I would prefer to manage them separately.

Retatrutide
Sermorelin
Nad+
Mots-c
Bpc-157
Cjc impamorelin
Tesamorelin
LR3
Metformin
Glutathione
Ghk-cu
Oxytocin
Boron
Hcg
Oxytocin
Kisspeptin
Mt2

Thank you

I am looking for first hand experiences from people running a lot of these compojnds simultaneously with similar goals and pointers to avoid high risk, low roi , redundancy etc.

Ill put some of my research here for the next person. Feel free to correct me on any of these.

Retatrutide -glp1. works by simultaneously mimicking three gut hormones that regulate appetite, blood sugar, and energy expenditure: GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon.

Sermorelin- Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide (growth hormone-releasing hormone analog) that stimulates the pituitary gland to naturally produce and release human growth hormone (hGH). It is used to boost energy, improve sleep, support lean muscle, and enhance recovery.

Nad+-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is an essential coenzyme found in all living cells, critical for energy production, DNA repair, and cell survival. It has become a highly popular, supplement for anti-aging, cellular regeneration, and cognitive function.

Mots-c -MOTS-c (mitochondrial open reading frame of the 12S rRNA-c) is a naturally occurring, mitochondrial-derived peptide hormone that acts as a central regulator of cellular metabolism. It is primarily known for acting as an "exercise mimetic" that improves energy production, enhances fat burning, and promotes longevity.

Klow blend = bpc157, tb500, ghkcu, kpv

Bpc157- BPC-157 (Body Protective Compound-157) is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a protein found in human gastric juice. It is widely investigated for its potential to accelerate tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and support gut health.

Tb500- -500 is a synthetic version of an active protein fragment of Thymosin Beta-4. It is heavily researched for its ability to regulate actin, which promotes cellular migration, angiogenesis (blood vessel formation), and tissue repair. It is widely discussed online as a tool for muscle, tendon, and ligament recovery.

GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine) is a naturally occurring copper tripeptide found in human blood plasma. Widely recognized as the "beauty peptide," it is commonly used in dermatology and skincare for its proven ability to stimulate collagen production, support the skin barrier, and accelerate wound healing.

KPV is a tripeptide (Lysine-Proline-Valine) naturally derived from α-MSH. It is widely used in regenerative medicine for its potent, targeted anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties without causing widespread immune suppression.

CJC-1295 is a synthetic peptide that stimulates the pituitary gland to naturally produce and release Human Growth Hormone (HGH) and IGF-1. It is frequently used for potential benefits like fat loss, lean muscle gain, and enhanced workout recovery.

Ipamorelin - is a synthetic pentapeptide (a chain of five amino acids) classified as a growth hormone secretagogue. It acts by mimicking the hunger hormone ghrelin to selectively stimulate the pituitary gland into releasing natural growth hormone (GH), without causing unwanted spikes in cortisol or prolactin.

Tesamorelin- is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. It is primarily FDA-approved to reduce excess visceral belly fat (lipodystrophy) in HIV-positive patients. It works by stimulating the pituitary gland to naturally produce more growth hormone.

IGF-1 LR3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Long Arg3) is an 83-amino-acid synthetic peptide engineered for enhanced stability and receptor affinity. Widely researched in sports medicine and cellular biology, it is highly valued for promoting muscle hypertrophy, tissue regeneration, and accelerated recovery.

Glutathione- is a naturally occurring tripeptide composed of glutamate, cysteine, and glycine. Produced primarily by the liver and found in every human cell, it serves as the body’s "master antioxidant" to combat oxidative stress, clear toxins, and support immune function.

Hcg - Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a naturally occurring hormone FDA-approved to treat female infertility, male hypogonadism (low testosterone), and testicular issues. It is medically prescribed as an intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. It is heavily utilized in men's health to maintain fertility and prevent testicular shrinkage during testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)

Metformin- is an FDA-approved drug used successfully to treat diabetes.

Studies have already shown that metformin can delay aging in animals. It may also influence fundamental aging factors that underlie multiple age-related conditions in humans.

Kisspeptin- Kisspeptin is a naturally occurring neuropeptide produced in the brain that acts as the master upstream regulator of human reproduction. By signaling the hypothalamus to release GnRH, it controls the entire reproductive hormonal cascade, governing puberty, fertility, and sexual drive.

Mt2- Melanotan II (MT2) is an unregulated, synthetic peptide that mimics the body's natural alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), which stimulates the cells that produce pigment (melanin). It is primarily used off-label for sunless tanning, as well as for weight loss and sexual stimulation.

Oxytocin- is a naturally occurring nine-amino-acid neuropeptide (a nonapeptide) produced in the hypothalamus and released by the posterior pituitary gland. Often dubbed the "love hormone," it acts as both a neuromodulator in the brain and a hormone in the body, playing a fundamental role in social bonding, empathy, childbirth, and lactation.

The definitions are easier to access here: https://pep-pedia.org/browse
as was pointed out by previous posts.

I think the concern is you are hitting a huge question with minimal effort on your part.
Maybe if you start with what you can contribute towards your goals?
  1. What synergies and redundancies have you discovered?
  2. What have you thought of to optimize ROI?
  3. What are the risk factors of these, either together or individually?
These are the questions? What answers have you already deduced?
Which have you tried?
What are you currently doing for Longevity, hair health , skin health, detox, fat loss, improved sleep quality, daytime energy.

It helps if you give before you take on these complex issues.

Good Luck!

Don't treat this question like a high school exam. You need to reach an “A” level if you want to survive such a combination. There are incompatibilities in your list. And metformin doesn't cure diabetes, it just reduces some risks: I've been taking it every day for 6 years.

I can only think to slow down here - You may get your results sooner, with less than you think you need.
If you want to focus on weight loss - start there, if you want to maximize energy look at those options.
Bundling them all up means you have less insight into what’s working for you.

My research saw me trying to tackle some injuries to allow exercise. Once achieved - I looked at my energy and then recovery/sleep - then later some help with strength.
This was all in multiple steps over many months but my target goal and focus became smaller at each interval.

I’m sure many have looked for these solutions in the way you appear to be doing, so somewhere in these pages will be versions of your question already.
Good luck

In my opinion you should optimize your nutrition, sleep, lifting, cardio and stop or limit you alcohol intake first. You do that and you'll be 90 to 95% of the way there.

The Supplements and peptides are just the icing on the cake that gets you the last bit. I certainly feel like they have their place, for me tirzepatide helped me make dramatic health improvement, when added to the other more important things I've mentioned.

Just my experience, your milage may vary.

Right?...I'm mainly here for the GLP-1s...I have only been on Tirz, but I have a fair amount of Reta and couple of kits each Sema and Cagril...I might dip into those in a few months, but only if the Tirz is letting me down...I have a basket full of other peptides but like what Huff said, I started with KPV, then added some BCP, and then added TB500...I have chronic back pain and wanted to see what each was doing...I may get around to trying more, but only when I get settled in with the group that I am seeing what they do...

Personally this is my starting stack if we're only talking peps.

Reta
Klow
Sermorelin (will change to low dosage HGH soon)
Glutathione
Epitalon

Currently looking into SS31, Mots-c but my current stack alone already feels like set with the exception of Sermorelin.

I would recommend not stacking anything, as in if you wish to try any of those peptides or supplements one at a time only and with a fair gap between starting one and starting another. Starting multiple agents at once means that when you get effects or adverse effects you will have no idea which one is the cause and no easy way to find out.

As mentioned in previous posts: Definitely use the 🔍 at the top right hand corner of your screen to search for any peps you're interested in and do a lot of reading. You'll find other's experiences, positive or negative/side effects thru the search. Good luck.

Running stacks for optimization is fluid and subjective. In my experience, determine what your needs are and build from there based on priorities. For me beginning I wanted to take them all. It was difficult to not take them all at once but I somehow managed to resist it. I added them 1 single or blend at a time to zone in on its effects. It’s a slow process and a fun one I think!
My current stack is RT Klow NAD Test. All of which I can say are amazing. I’m a 50 yoa female and haven’t felt this good in 20’years. On deck are 5 amino AOD and MotsC. Also have Tesa I haven’t tried yet but excited to stack it with Ipa or just IGF. Good luck

Start with one. If trying to lose weight, tirz or reta is the no-brainer pick. Stay on that and that only for a couple months. Probably at least that if you are still titrating up.

What are your other goals? Narrow down to evaluating just those that directly address the goals. Add one. Only one at a time. Start conservative. Evaluate. And so on.

No one knows how to answer such a general and open-ended question except with a general and open-ended answer like this.

I thought I was on Reddit for a second. Jokes aside, I’d probably focus on just reta for now before building a big stack.

At 30% body fat, getting your body fat down to a healthier level, building better eating and sleeping habits, and getting into a regular exercise routine will probably do more for longevity, energy, sleep, and metabolic health than adding a long list of peptides upfront.

Then once you’ve been on reta for a bit, you’ll have a much clearer idea of what you actually need on top of a GLP-1, if anything.

Also, if you’re in your late 40s, consider getting full labs done to check for deficiencies, hormones, and metabolic markers. The answer isn’t always stacking as many peptides as possible. You might just be deficient in B12 or iron.. who knows.

I have been on Reta for a few weeks now. It has helped me transition to eating mostly Keto home prepped foods and alcohol is minimal .

my goals would be
Longevity, hair health , skin health, detox, fat loss, improved sleep quality, daytime energy
Retatrutide - solid, aligns with goals, although many notice it can reduce sleep quality, tirz may be better long term.
Sermorelin - Just go HGH, anecdotally secretagogues aren't enough when you're older. Pituitary function has declined.
Nad+- Little scientific evidence. Scientific evidence points towards NR or NMN as being very effective at raising NAD levels. Anecdotally hit or miss.
Mots-c - Anecdotally hit or miss. Science seems solid and seems like the older and more metabolically damaged, the more you get from it. Not sure if I buy that its worthless unless you run SS-31 prior.
Bpc-157 - Combined with TB, I noticed soft tissue injuries heal about 1/3 quicker. As a mountain biker, I'm almost always injured in some way.
Cjc impamorelin - Just go HGH, anecdotally secretagogues aren't enough when you're older. Pituitary function has declined.
Tesamorelin - Just go HGH, anecdotally secretagogues aren't enough when you're older. Pituitary function has declined.
LR3 - Mixed at best. Many say degrades super fast and all they get was hypoglycemia. Has insulin like effects.
Metformin - Not needed as most GLP's are sufficient for insulin sensitivity. Would only consider if you're A1C is still shit.
Glutathione - Solid depending on expectations. Long term daily use may whithen skin and smooth out complexion by a little. Saw no difference in ALT or AST liver labs.
Ghk-cu - Pretty solid, can sting. Dilute with further BAC can reduce sting. Keep expectations reasonable. A few months you will be like, ok my complexion is a little more even.
Oxytocin - No experience
Boron - No experience. Think trt users use it to lower SHBG?
Hcg - Solid depending on purpose. If you are overweight, hoping it will increase testosterone, will likely just bump up estradiol too much. If you're on TRT, and estradial is well controlled, helps with load size and neurosteroids (just feel mentally better)
Oxytocin - No experience
Kisspeptin - No experience
Mt2 - No experience, sounds like it works super well, so well you may be randomly stopped by the police, also may grow more moles.

my goals would be
Longevity, hair health , skin health, detox, fat loss, improved sleep quality, daytime energy
Personally, my daily drivers are
GLP of choice
HGH (General Healing, Anti Aging)
KLOW (General Healing, Anti Aging)
NR +TMG for NAD+ (energy)
2 grams of EPA/DHA (Fish oil) (heart)
100-200mg COQ10 (heart and mitochondria)
300mg MAG Glycinate (70% of population is deficient and helps sleep)
4000IU Vit D with Vitamin K (can't remember K dosage, its a blend)

And bloodwork and vitals would determine rest.
