Guys I’m really tired about this skin sensitivity and fatigue. My current stack is

1. Once a week Reta 4mg
2. Once a week Triz 5mg
3. Five days a week of Tesa 2mg + CJC/Ipa 200 microgram
4. Was on 100mg NAD but stopped it because I thought the skin sensitivity was due to NAD.

Has anyone found any workaround ? Pretty bummed about it.

Huh. I would have figured it was the nad too. My spouse had it really bad their first tirz dose. I would drop the tirz and keep the Reta and see. I’ve seen it as a side effect of tirz but can’t say I’ve seen it mentioned with Reta

r/retatrutide has people complaining about allodynia fairly frequently, unfortunately.

I've not experienced it myself.

Yeah, all the time. Currently on my left elbow and now starting on my right hand. It comes and goes, usually on my hands and feet, it's just a minor nuisance for me.

Allodynia way worse for me with Reta than tirz. The GLP1s are well-documented to cause it. NAD is not.

Had it with tirz but subsided over time ;) Scalp was most noticeable. Very tender/sunburned type feeling. Good luck to you.
