About Logistics Timeliness
Currently we are coordinating shipments through multiple specialized lines. The backlog of orders is now being processed in batches. Warehouse team and logistics partners are working in shifts. Some packages have been cleared for delivery. Today we provided tracking numbers to some of our customers. The rest of the orders will be sent out one by one in an accelerated manner.
System Upgrade
Receiving urgent notification from freight forwarder, this Saturday and Sunday (May 10-11), the customs declaration system will be upgraded iteratively. During this period, new orders will be received normally, logistics information update may be slightly delayed, next Monday (May 12) onwards, the whole chain will return to normal. Please don't worry.
