GLP-1 Novice
Hello peptide peeps! Longtime lurker, infrequent poster and I need some advice! I've been on Tirz for 14 months, lost 60 pounds and am close to goal range; less than 15 pounds away, for this short stack!
I've been at 15mg of Tirz since May, stalled since the end of August, and feeling big hunger in the last 2-3 weeks. I've also increased my activity and gotten better with protein intake since August with hopes (it's working too!) of building some muscle back up.
Does anyone have experience or advice to share that might help me get through this last phase? I could use some suggestions and inspiration. I dream of maintenance, but it's feeling far away right now. I just shortened my dose window (from standard 7 days to every 6 days with plans to move to every 5 days in a couple weeks) and am considering going above 15mg. I am open to adding something else, but a little wary of getting kicked in the pants with exhaustion or nausea again and not sure where I would start, or if it makes more sense to continue to practice patience and stick with the tried and true.
