Hi everyone,

I’ve been dealing with circular hair loss specifically in my beard since January 2025. I have already consulted a doctor, but unfortunately, the medical treatments haven't helped so far.

The hair in the original spot has recently started growing back; however, a new patch appeared in a different area in November 2025. Does anyone here have experience with this? Are there specific peptides or other recommendations that might support regrowth?

Thanks for your help!

This is purely anecdotal. I had an alopecia spot on my head. I have black hair so a bald spot the size of a ping pong ball was super noticeable.

I read that these spots can be autoimmune related. Then I read that the polarizing keto diet could help reset your body and fix various issues.

Did keto for like 6 months (like hardcore never over 20 carbs in a day and no cheat meals). In my experience I did feel great during that time and the spot went away and never returned.

Might be something to try or could have just been coincidence.

Not a doctor but did bang a nurse one time.

There is a peptide blend called KLOW that contains anti-inflammatory components. The largest ingredient in the blend is GHK-Cu, which has been shown to promote hair growth.

Unfortunately not a lot of studies have been done. You might have better results using corticosteroids and Minoxidil.
