How many have been refunded when using Alibaba? I personally have never won a claim (I did 2, for other things)

Alibaba pay does a really good job of refunding you. I've been refunded both times I requested. Once unrelated, and once because I was green and panicked when I thought there was a problem (there wasn't). I also like getting my orders from their US warehouse.

its pretty cut and dry when there is no delivery confirmation. i got a refund for that reason.

Yeah, but they could send bunk products. They're not allowed to use AliPay for products like that so if you don't get what you paid for, you can't really claim it, like any other illegal products

Way overpriced? They consistently test extremely well, ordering is easy, they have a website, you quickly receive your item if it's in their US warehouse, and they accept Alibaba Pay. I find their prices to be reasonable. Like Nexa and Peptide Group Buys, Amo charges more than most Chinese vendors. However, with all three, foregoing your own testing is a reasonable option.

Yeah exactly. I have not found anyone that is cheaper unless you are going for GB's or getting invited to private groups. I am ok paying $20-40 more for 10 vials for the ease of it.
