How ugly are your pucks in the vials and did u get a batch number

Amo is known for broken pucks. That doesn't have any effect. And why would you believe any batch number even if there was one?

I don’t believe so. But their website is supposed to be functional on March 22. Also, they get tested frequently in the StairwaytoGray Tekwhtsm site. The invite link is in my signature.

I got a shipping confirmation from Binh just this morning from an order I placed on Sunday!

I understand it, per last night's direct response, just as others said here the equipment is down and not taking new orders until fixed.

Sounds true because those who already had an order (and OMG does it ship like lightning from China to US!) it's still coming/arrived.

Just hope it's not going to end up like the 'temporary' thing that happened with the big X supplier.
