AMO order shipped on the 13th

If I understand correctly, they are accepting orders from pre-Chinese New Year’s customers only. But they are re-branding—something they have done more than once in the past—and wont be helping new customers until that work is done.

Yeah that's basically it. Returning customers only via email/whatsapp until they launch their new website/rebranding and theyll be back to accepting new customers from what theyve told me.
 
That was also my prediction is DHL/UPS/FedEx would be the new path because they will broker tariffs. You may still get a letter in the mail with an invoice. I get them all the time from DHL (non-pep stuff)

I have USPS tracking on my order that shipped the 16th.
