Amolist.com

Many of us (including me) use them. Some (but not all, and not me) of us experience a lot of stinging from their product. Also, their prices aren't "really good", but if you're coming from the world of compounding pharmacies, their prices do seem really good.

Do a search here for Amolist/Amopure/Amo (all the same, they rebrand website). Plenty of threads/topics/info about them. I have threads on them as well if you check my profile and a recent post on them as well you can check out where someone else asked.

What does isr or stinging mean?
ISR = Injection site reaction. Basically hives where you inject. Quite a few people have complained about intense burning right after injecting. It's been brought up to Amolist multiple times, and they haven't addressed the issue yet. Something about their formulation just doesn't jive with some people. I have had zero issues, my wife said it stings a little bit. There's just no rhyme or reason.

On their website they have reta20 kits for $290. That’s $1.45/mg. Seems pretty good to me. Do they lab test?

I havent kept up as much honestly, but have there been more reports of stinging batches after the sept/oct deal that happened?

my replacement batch was good to go, no stinging/no isr

Heard of Amopure, didn’t know it was the same people. Figured it was someone trying to sound similar to gain clout lol

Do they lab test?
That's my other issue with them. I have yet to see them pay out of their own pocket for testing. They don't post test results on their website, and so far it's been on the community to test for them. I've had great results with their tirzepatide and am happily going to use it all up, but I don't think I'll use them again now that I've found better sources.

My ISR is working great. The AMO customer service team informed me that the formula has been updated and the tingling issue has been resolved.

That's the issue with them, though. This shit has been coming from China for years and not stinging people, and they tried cutting corners by changing the filler, and it started burning people. There are other companies out there that don't change their name every 4 months and cut corners to save 30 cents. As also mentioned, they don't do testing. Why anyone would consider ordering from them defies all common sense.

They consistently do great with third party testing. Ordering from them is a breeze. They accept Alibaba Pay.

It’s cheap and it works….. seems like common sense.

don't really like their reta - it works but stings a bit also and just don't like pucks bring broken up and so different to everyone else. They are very responsive and helpful but if they are still improving process then isn't really for me ongoing. Not sure why I got the first one.

ZYH R30 has been my best reta. (clear cap shelf stock not one of the custom group buys) Had to lower dose when I swapped to theirs.

Anyone used them? They have really good prices but I’ve never heard of them. Seems fake.
I have purchased both Tirz and Reta from them and both have been highly effective with no sting. I’m not sure why some people are getting “sting“ and it really makes me wonder if it has something to do with user error because I have never had an inkling of sting from their product. It would definitely be concerning if I did, but I have not. Pucks arrived in tact. Third-party testing has confirmed product. If you research them on the forum you will find tons of info. Not fake and because I have had good experiences with them I keep going back.

Amo (-list, -pure) is a solid vendor with a good balance of decent price, quality product, and good service. The site stinging has been a real thing with Triz in the recent past. Maybe it is resolved now, which would be great, but it was never intolerable to me and, in any event, the product was always valid. Somewhat better (maybe 25%) prices are out there, QSC being a leader in this regard, but you will wait longer and have reduced customer service for the lower price. Amo provides good accountability and expeditious delivery. Their shipping prices need to be noted, but larger orders may ship free. Overall, it is pretty easy to recommend Amo as a sound choice.

Reasons why people buy from Amo — Alibaba instead of crypto; emailing is easy, quick response time; able to ask for shipment to come from intra-USA warehouse; LOTS of testing (see, Reddit’s Stairmaster new Telegram site).

Name change - I like that they change their name; makes me think they are staying nimble. But know they have been around since at least May when I started my Tirz journey and came well recommended from “Ol’ Timers” as relatively safe and well established at that time.

Sting/Filler controversy — Amo doesn’t present product as hard pucks as all my other lyophilized peptides. Product is known to be broken/crumbly/fluffy in appearance which puts some people off. This appearance issue seems to be due to the type of filler used. There were individuals who felt stings or experienced ISRs. Amo replaced and stated it was a bad batch using a new filler. (I subq GHK-Cu and no one has explained whether the Amo sting was anywhere near as painful as a typical GHK-Cu.) Filler in almost all lyophilized peptides is presumed to be mannitol, a sugar alcohol (fact check, do we know it is mannitol that creates hearty pucks?); no one knows what Amo uses. (Note, I have food/environmental/airborne allergies and whatever Amo uses is fine by my weirdly-reactive body.)

Price — definitely NOT the cheapest; but I feel they have a name brand they are working to protect which means a lot to me as a consumer.

So I buy from them, but YMMV. You will find a LOT of dichotomous thinking amongst those of us in GLP1-World. (I WOULD LOVE to do a solid epidemiological study on how many of us were these type of perfectionistic, obsessive, “uncompromisers” and whether that is a factor in what got us to the point we needed GLP1s to begin with — .)

So do your research, develop your rationales, and then proceed with caution never trusting anyone on the internet for their opinion. ;-)

I think they are a fine "first time" or "i need something quick" purchase, but prices and product selection are much better at other vendors. The tirz i got from them has been very effective.
