Oh honey. Dear. Sweet summer child.Someone referred amolist.com l30 for a purchase. They had luck with it. I started to research and noticed that you had to mix it yourself. Can anyone tell me their experience with them and more information on the mixing along with dosage. Do you recommend another vendor?
I think the floodgates are about to open. "going grey" seems to be the new buzzterm in all of the compounding subreddits.Oh honey. Dear. Sweet summer child.
Mixing it yourself is normal here.
There's a search function at the top of the forum where you can look up any vendor to see reviews and posts about them. Amo is one that people either love or hate. Some people have a mild reaction to their product and we don't really know why, other people have no reaction and love it.
There's a link in my signature to a telegram that has a ton of great beginner tutorials. That's probably a great place for you to start.
I know, I'm in all of them, I just don't post.I think the floodgates are about to open. "going grey" seems to be the new buzzterm in all of the compounding subreddits.
I don't mind new people but the posts from people who have obviously done no research is tiresome.I think the floodgates are about to open. "going grey" seems to be the new buzzterm in all of the compounding subreddits.

It would be nice to have some kind of a detailed guide pinned somewhere. Required reading. I get being new at something but when I was new at this I READ. And there are too many people who should absolutely 100% not be doing this.I should check if anyone has posted a good guide here instead of sending everyone to telegramJust leave the link in my clipboard and paste it everywhere.
Yeah I don't think there's anything like that, I remember using the search feature a LOT when I first joined and it wasn't very good because I didn't even know what terms to look up.It would be nice to have some kind of a detailed guide pinned somewhere. I’m not really up to writing it but if someone wanted to slap something together and post it I’ll pin itIt would be nice to have some kind of a detailed guide pinned somewhere. Required reading. Maybe there are several people who would want to piece together something.I’m not really up to writing it but if someone wanted to slap something together and post it I’ll pin it
For sure. I mean we were all new at one point. It's more the people who are new to niche online communities in general I think.I don't mind new people but the posts from people who have obviously done no research is tiresome.

Something something harm reduction somethingI mentioned this ages ago but based on the software this site is built on it would be very easy to restrict new users to specific "beginner" forums for a period of time. We can make certain resources easy for them to access until they seem ready to wander off on their own.
A few weeks after I joined compound was briefly restricted and membership grew by 10% in a single day. That won't be sustainable if things get really bad
Maybe include a rundown of the personalities to watch out forSomething something harm reduction something
If work isn't busy tomorrow I'll see if I can whip something up. I'd want to include screenshots showing how to use the search function and that's more work than I'm up to right now, this is doom scrolling time of day
One of my friends is currently having me give him a run down and I'm seeing this is going to be more work than I anticipated if people can't math. I thought he was smarter than this.Maybe include a rundown of the personalities to watch out for![]()
I wish we had some mechanism to downvote.I don't mind new people but the posts from people who have obviously done no research is tiresome.
Please no. upvote/downvote is what makes Reddit the cancer that it is.I wish we had some mechanism to downvote.
We get a lot of junk posts of folks who haven’t done even the barest minimum reading. Some folks should be discouraged from research for their benefit. Please no. upvote/downvote is what makes Reddit the cancer that it is.
It's a forum, it's not like comments would be hidden or move up or down like reddit does. Would just be another angry/sad react with less contextPlease no. upvote/downvote is what makes Reddit the cancer that it is.
