As background, I ordered my L30 Amo on 10/4. I contacted them about the ISR everyone is experiencing. Got sent a new kit on 10/24 and got here today.

With that said, they mentioned they would add batch numbers and change the filler. Well, there's a number on it and I've compared to other ones I've seen on discord. The first set of numbers (7 digits) seems to match t15/t60 kits that have been shipped recently. The second seems to differ between them (6 digits) Back in August, they had a 6 digit number on some but it was confirmed that was a sku number.

Please share your most recent shipments of it has the 13 digit number.

They got it to you in 2 days? Damn haha. I confirmed a reshipment due to ISRs on 10/21 for T30 as well, I'll post it up when it gets here.

Were you talking to Alam?

Alan took my original and may have answered my original followup. Binh helped with replacement.

Yes, two days. I've had a really great experience. They also didn't make me send a picture of broken vials like they ask you to in those copy/pasted emails.

Just asked for an update on mine. Thanks for the info. They didn't ask me to smash mine either haha

They told others they needed 5 days for a new batch. Not sure what you ordered. It was an interesting conversation that got a little confusing for amopure due to language barrier. I told them I would keep my original order because I didn't have the ISR myself. They sent a replacement anyway.

L30 (T30), same as yours. Asked for replacement on 10/21. They did ask for some photos of the ISR from me

Looks like we got the same batch! I haven’t used yet. I’m leaning towards testing first.

I'm still trying to figure out if it's truly a batch number. Since the second set of numbers changes between strengths, I'm thinking it's the sku. The old sku used to be 6 digits. Need to see a different number on a t30 eventually to confirm.

Hell, amopure could've just slapped a sticker on old batches lol.

I understand the principle of batch number, but how do we know it's actually a real batch number and that they don't just slap numbers at random? It's something I understand that's easy to falsify and hard to prove for us

Not pointing out Amo, but the principle in general

I mean, it's definitely a trust thing. But IMO, the real value comes in when we get testing from AMO with this batch number, and then run a group test and compare results vs. both. Requires coordination on both sides to provide the actual value.

Mine actually just came in. Same batch as everyone else - 2584008-103813 - T30

They also sent me 1 vial of T60 and 1 vial of Cagril 10mg as a sorry. Their customer service is top notch, can't question that.

I have the same batch number.

I just asked for Amos testing reports of this batch number, I'll post them when they send so we can at least start there.
Perhaps you will get a different answer, but when I asked Amo that question this is what I got.

And they attached these peptidetest results received from a customer. Obviously not our batch.

Yeah those are the group buy results it looks like. I think since we're all already using them, we should suggest they send some of their batch for testing so we can start to coordinate a group test from our same batch to compare. If enough of us ask, they'll probably do it. They're pretty responsive, let's just mold them into the vendor we want lmao

Haven't seen that, thanks for the info. Not the first time they've done that.

And I got that same copy/paste reply about standards and quality. I just asked if they'd be willing to send some of that batch off for testing like I suggested above. I'll let you know their response.

Ordered 10/7 and received 10/21

Has anyone tried this new batch yet?
I have not yet. I’m thinking of proposing it as test in PTDS since it seems to be the replacement for those who got new batches after the stinging fiasco. Unless someone else proposes first. I’m still quite new there.

No, this was a from a group of us here who had all individually ordered from Amopure in August. @Cndmk coordinated with Pep Test to create this model of group testing. We each sent in one of our own vials and each vial was traceable back to us so we knew which purity results were ours. Some of us also donated vials for sterility testing. It was a great experience to be a part of and we all learned a lot in the process.

Pep Test helped us work through the details and the group voted on what we wanted tested and how we wanted to see results. The nice thing about this test in particular is that we had so many participants that you could see how consistent the purity and fill was across the board; in this case, consistent purity but a bit more inconsistent on the mass. When they were still known as Amopeptide they had a rep for underfills.

PTDS is great too and will likely be cheaper. We could have had a cheaper test with PeptideTest but everyone agreed that we wanted our individual vials tested and traced back to us and we wanted sterility testing. None of us had any batch numbers so we had no way to know if they were from same batch or even same time frame. Ours were also shipped from different areas of the country or from CN.

This sounds like a really good experience. I would participate in something like this. Did PeptideTest give you any sort of group volume discount? Did you see any notable variations? Like different mass or purity results by month or region the pep was shipped from?

Are most researchers having good results? Not sure if there is a collective update on efficacy. I ordered after the Labor Day fiasco and have not started testing yet.

This was a first of its kind test with PT who is actually a rep/business partner with Trustpointe Analytics which is the lab that actually performs the test but they don’t to direct-to-consumer. PT worked with us on the model and it was a lot cheaper than if we had paid for our own tests separately. I’m not sure if he is still doing this model.

@Cndmk was really instrumental in getting this test up and running and coordinating all the logistics. The average mass across 29 30mg vials was 30.33mg so some got a little overfill and some a little under but nothing outside the accepted standard deviation; however when they were still known as Amopeptide they had a rep for underfills and it seems like they ride very close to that line. None of our 30 mg vials had less than 99%purity. One 60mg vial came in at 98.something. When we got the sterility fail @iamedbile reached out to vendor about our concerns and we were informed that sterility was not guaranteed (this is not unique to this vendor) and was not a reason for a refund. However, they said they were making some changes and they would be testing for sterility in the future.

@Cndmk also reached out to vendor and was able to extract a credit for the group on a future purchase. The group voted have a lottery so one lucky member got a 4 or $500 with their next purchase. I don’t think we learned much based on where they shipped from and we all ordered in August. I think some came with skus and some didn’t. More recently, I’ve seen people getting kits with batch #s. For me personally, I just have a lot of unanswered questions about what’s going on with their product but I haven’t actually tried it yet. Going to try it in a few days now that I have something else to compare it too.

As for the testing process it really was a uniquely collaborative experience and we all learned a lot in the process.

I just got my Amo T30 and R10, ordered 10/23 delivered today, 10/31. However I don’t have any batch numbers. I’ll be sending it for testing next week.

It would seem that the batch numbers were short-lived. The T60 kit I ordered on 10/10 came with batch numbers, but the second kit of T60 I ordered from them when they started their most recent sale on 10-23 (shortly before they changed websites) doesn't have a batch number.

I emailed them a while back. They working through different stocks. The batch numbers should continue. And they confirmed that was their batch numbers

Yeah I ordered on 10/24 and the L30 kit I received didn't have a batch number either.
