I know there is not a lot of discussion about Teso lately, but for those of us that do have you noticed increased anger or irritability while using it? Especially anyone on a SSRI like Wellbutrin.

I work nights in a E.R., and started taking it to help with fatigue since I am on the Triz train and can no longer tolerate drinking pots of coffee like I used to pre-Triz. The first week of four things were going great, but this last week I have been just very curt and angry with damn near everyone and everything. It didn't happen all of a sudden. Its been getting worse gradually. Granted I usually hate my job (because of the drunks, drug addicts, plus the 12 hours straight of continuous mental illness that almost all patients display when they are in a Emergency Room) and what I have to put up with to make a living, but this was beyond that.

I've stopped the Teso, and hopefully this will go away. If it does, great for me. If it doesn't, I've got bigger problems.

Sorry for the rant, but I am genuinely curious how it effects others that take it.

Yep. I definitely noticed increased irritability and a general overall grumpiness. I wouldn't necessarily say it was causing anger issues but I was definitely annoyed SUPER easily and then feeling anxious because of it.

Thanks for replying. Its good to know its not just me. Also I didn't mention increase Anxiety in my post, but I also have been having that.

I think Teso just isn't going to be for me.

It seems like all of these energy producing items come with their on set of issues.
Once I realized that Tesofensine had the MRI effects I bacame concerned. Id rather be a little fatigued than crazy..lol. That was my take on it and I decided I would taper off and perhaps, use occasionally.

The Clen has it's own set of challenges as does phentermine, modafinil, and armodafinil.

I am currently sticking to MOTS and B12, ensuring that I have plenty of electrolytes and protein in my diet.

I am sure Teso will be different for many, but there is a lot of discussion about potential issues with wellbutrin (NDRI blocks norepinephrine) and SSRI's. (Teso works by increasing the levels of three neurotransmitters – dopamine, serotonin, and noradrenaline) which seems it is stacking on the Wellbutrin.

More on the combo HERE

TLDR:
Combining tesofensine with dopaminergic antidepressants, such as Wellbutrin, is also risky. This is because excess stimulation of dopamine can be addictive, and you may develop a tolerance for these drugs, reducing their efficacy [12]. Excess norepinephrine stimulation can increase sympathetic tone, blood pressure, heart rate, and common side effects of taking tesofensine [13].

Yeah, a pill splitter is your best friend, and I would cycle to avoid the body getting too used to any stimulant.

Clen has a long half life for a stimulant, which is a plus in my book. I can only get it in 40 mcg, so I split it to take 20 mcg once or twice a day.

But I have also taken 40 mcg of clen at once daily no problem, and my Fitbit resting heart rate at worst goes from 65 BMP to 68 BPM and that could be the tirz for all I know. No noticeable change to my blood pressure.

You can get the ER patients through quicker? 🤷🏻‍♂️

JUST KIDDING!!!

I've been waiting for three hours and still haven't seen Noah Wyle.

armodafinil doesn't make me feel like I'm stimmed up and I get that way just from caffeine. No mood impact.

I do have to take it early in the day though or I'm not sleeping that night.
