As in you had an order tested and the results were not verifiable??
 
Customs Seizure and Reshipment Policy:

1. For most countries,if the package is unfortunately detained by customs, we will reship it or refund.

2. For Canada and Australia, if the package is detained by customs, we will resend it (customer pays the shipping fee for the reshipment.);
If the replacement package is seized by customs again, no reship or refund.
However, over the past 3 months, we have had no records of shipments to Canada being detained by customs.
