Has anyone purchased from qyc? Are their products reliable, how's the customer service and shipping experience?

There are at least a couple people on their Discord unhappy with the time it takes to leave China, like sometimes three weeks or more.

My location: Metro Manila

Vendor: SRY, fast and reliable.

Ordered January 7
Received January 12

Details: No tracking information though. Vague updates as well from SRY Lisa. I was just surprised that the local warehouse contacted me to book a Lalamove delivery.

Vendor: QYC, disappointing experience

Ordered March 24th

Details: Rep Amy confirmed that it is already here last April 1st.

No update until now. No tracking number. No clear answers on why it is still not getting delivered to me 🤷‍♀️ $400 is not a small amount of money and I don’t know what the hell is happening.

I understand that for people in the US it will really take a long time before it arrives due to customs, but here in the Philippines it should be fairly quick.

I will update again once I receive the package from QYC.

So is gyc more reputable? I'm new to the Chinese game. I'd rather not learn from bad experiences if possible. Lol.

Yes, I would feel comfortable with GYC, WBS, HK Peptides, SRY, SSA, and some others like maybe ABC and JYC. Uther too but they are expensive for GLPs.

Thank you, appreciate the input. I ordered through HK recently, very happy with them. Unfortunately they discontinued one of the products I was researching, so I'm looking elsewhere.
