Does anyone know if any studies have been done on dosing greater than 15 mg of trizepatide? If yes, did it have additional side effects or greater weight loss.

As to long-term effects, you might want to wait for the results of the study currently being conducted.Wonder what the long term effects would be? Also, do you think you'll just have to continue more and more forever to maintain goal weight?
