Just wondering how y’all getting on running Reta alongside road cycling?
Are you finding training difficult at all?
Is there a certain amount of time you can get by until you hit a wall per se?
I’m looking to do approximately 14 weeks on Reta to try and drop 10kg (100 now) by May, as I’m cycling into the Pyrenees at the end of May with approximately 400 miles of cycling, so need to lose a good 10kg to get up these mountain climbs.
My concern is when the Reta starts taking effect I won’t be able to sustain longer training rides of 2-6 hours?
Anyone here managing or not managing at all on the exercise front for long durations?
I will be taking a carbohydrate and electrolytes drink on these rides to keep me fuelled for the duration….im just hoping that will be enough 🤞🏼
