Tomorrow i'm planing to run a marathon for the challenge since I've never done it before, 5 weeks ago I started taking 2 mg of reta every week so I wanna know how much this peptide effect my long distance runs.

Is there any good affordable snacks or fuel during the run besides gels ?
And the most important question is when do you take it, since reta slows down your digestion and taking a snack during a run means It will sit in the stomach for a while and take longer to activate for you to get the benefit
Last question, what about heart rate ? did anyone notice a different like better/worst runs since taking reta

I think you'll be fine for a marathon distance. I do ultras and I found out the hard way that I need to stop taking Reta a month before the race. During the race I would use up so many calories that whatever I was eating and drinking during the race wouldn't intake in fast enough that I ended up DNF a race. It was a 100 miler and at mile 70 I tapped out. My body just collapsed essentially and I completely forgot that the Reta slows down your gastric intake. I was burning calories significantly faster then my body absorbing due to Reta and I did not plan for that.

I never thought about this during training so I never messed around with nutrition and hydration, but you need to plan differently during training when on Reta if you plan on racing while on Reta. I now only use Reta to cut some weight, then stop and go on CJC/Ipa, MOTSC, and KLOW. Planning on trying out IGF-1 LR3 for a month for training, then switching to HGH.

I've experimented with the slowed down gastric intake on Reta and it legit takes 4 weeks for it to completely stop and return back to normal. I take psilocybin mushrooms and that's how I'll know if my stomach is back to normal. When I take about 2 grams of mushrooms there's a different feel when on Reta. It's hard to explain, but it feels like you get blue balled from the peak fully hitting and it just keeps getting extended. So usually at the end of week 2 off Reta I'll take the shrooms to see where I'm at then again at week 4.

The heart rate I never had an issue. I've been running long distance for a while now and it never bothered me when it did raise my heart rate, but my body after taking Reta would get used to it after like 2-3 weeks and normalize.
