My ERP order arrived yesterday. 11 days from first email to delivery. No indication that my GHK-cu started it's journey overseas, as it had a NY return address on the USPS label.
Overall, a pleasant experience with Emmy at ERP. I was a little frustrated at the delay in shipping, but, Emmy did email me and apologize for that. I think it was more of an issue of managing my expectations. I had just assumed that something shipping from their 'US' warehouse (or someone's garage 😀) would have happened faster. My only experience with stateside product is Nexa, which always ships UPS 2nd Day Air the same day you order or next business day.
I would definitely order from ERP again based on this experience. Emmy, if you read this, I'd just suggest giving a realistic timeframe for delivery when someone contacts you to order. It doesn't matter what it is - if you told me 10-14 days for delivery right at the beginning that would have been fine. I was just expecting it faster and was a little disappointed it didn't come sooner. But certainly not a big deal!
