I have ordered peps from many vendors for a good couple of years and know what to expect. I want to get that out of the way. I placed and order with PTB Nov 11th for $440. Received tracking after asking about 10 days later, never had 17 tracking provided, just a USPS printed label that was never sent to USPS. A week later I asked again, and Cathy provides a different USPS tracking # claiming the other was wrong. A week later and still not arrived at USPS and still no 17 tracking after asking a third time. Cathy then proceeds to tell me it must have been stopped at customs, and will send another. The third tracking number sat there for a few day as and finally movement. But wait! I checked the tracking last week and it showed movement , but then stalled, Cathy then gives me a USPS # to call and I finally after over an hour get to the department that either has the envelope or has the photos of it , they tell me that the USPS tracking is a counterfeit tracking number and it is attached to a bulk box( it was explained to me that many packages go into a bin for bulk shipping and the tracking is attached to that container until it reaches the endpoint ). I said I would pay for the shipping how do I do that, she say(the usps person) , it looks like just an empty priory envelope with nothing in it with a Counterfeit Postage Stamped on it . I said well it is supposed to be a small box, not an envelope. I did not pay for the shipping and she said they will log it out and discard it since it is empty and not what it is supposed to be. I don’t know what to believe after being provided three different tracking numbers with three different excuses each time. @Cathy Taylor …I am wondering if others are having an issue with PTB?. I feel as though if no one speaks up about problems, more people could be taken advantage of, we have to look out for one another and keep the vendors honest as much as possible.

Can't speak to most of what you said, but I've had a similar problem (bulk shipment tracking) with domestic shipments from all of the major carriers before. As I understand it, they scan labels from a bunch of different pieces and throw them all into one bin. For the next hops, just the bin itself gets scanned (and it's assumed everything in it goes where the bin does. Only from time to time, something falls out of the bin or somehow finds its way into the wrong bin... and then a few days or a week later suddenly is scanned on the completely wrong side of the country and re-routed back towards you again. I've had the same thing happen with critical FedEx shipments before as well as UPS shipments too.

Odd that you'd have all of these problems related to a single order, though.
