I haven't had my IGF-1 levels tested, so I cannot confirm if it is effective, but I can confirm it has had a positive effect on my sleep, I did not notice any other drastic improvements

So you only take it for sleep? I heard it also improves fat loss.

Yes I take it for all the benefits of increased gh/igf1 including sleep, fat loss, gym progress etc, 200mcg of each daily. The problem with GH secretagogues is that they're never quite as effective as blasting actual GH, theyre much milder and progress is slower, especially in younger people whose GH levels aren't low in the first place. They're also not that much cheaper than real GH. I don't think I'll be taking them again after my remaining vials are finished.

Wanted to try tesa or ipa first before I try HGH and see how i feel with it. If it does nothing i go with hgh.
