I would get what you need (one vial or whatever) from a domestic vendor or discord/forum classifieds. Then I'd place my CN order a week or so after they are up and running after Valentine's Day.

I paid on Jan 14th. Received a tracking number on Jan 20th and it's been sitting in Compton, CA since Jan 20th at 07:08am... Hoping it moves soon.
