Anyone know where to get Mk-0616 or Azd0780?

Ohh very nice thanks for sharing. Please let me know if you find a source, I got borderline higher than normal cholesterol.

Been looking. I am not sure where to even start besides here

I am going to look into this more. I’m going to see if they can get these two manufactured for them. If they can there’s like 5000000000 people that would want to start running them.

I am trying to find these two compounds as they PCSK9 inhibitors which lower cholesterol greatly and are not statins and are well tolerated. Any help is much appreciated
Not sure if you only want investigational ones...
These are all approved and available... I've even seen from India. Still expensive.
  • Evolocumab (Repatha): A monoclonal antibody injected every 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Alirocumab (Praluent): A monoclonal antibody injected every 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Lerodalcibep-liga (Lerochol): A third-generation, once-monthly injection.
  • Inclisiran (Leqvio) An siRNA gene-silencing therapy given twice a year by a healthcare provider

Man we are at the point where fear of statins should be over. Pitavastatin and ezetimibe are generally pretty well tolerated, no muscle side effects, not gonna make you diabetic, or impact liver and work great and both generic now.

We have Reta now that is doing a good job in reducing cholesterol.
