Anyone stack Reta, Cagri, and Tirz?

Me. 5 Tirz, 2 Reta, and.25 Cagri (as needed, sometimes as long as 14 days between.)
I pin everything on one day, no problems. It helped break a month long stall when I was on 10 mg Tirz alone. It literally melted 15 lbs off in the first 30 days of stacking. I’m aware that’s borderline dangerous, but ima let it ride for a couple more weeks. If it doesn’t slow down some, I’ll consider dialing things back a bit and trying to eat more.

How much more were you looking to lose when you added the cagri to your stack? I'm on 5tirz, 6reta weekly and have about 15# more fat I would like to lose and losses have slowed the past 4-5 weeks.

At that point I was only down 20 lbs on Tirz alone. Need to lose a total of 60-80.

I got up to 10 Tirz/6D and started getting symptoms (tinnitus and prickly skin) so I didn’t want to go any higher.

Added Reta (1mg at first now 2) and Cagri (.5 and now 1). They are spaced every 2 days apart. That got me another 5lbs down, but now stalled for many weeks. I’m down a bit over 50 lbs but still in the obese category. (Goal is down 7-10 more, to the cutoff between “overweight” and “obese”. BMI 40 now 31, goal 30.)

Going to raise to 12/4/2 once I get replacement meds and supplies shipped in. I’m at a remote outpost for the next 2 mo’s, no address, logistics are a bit of a nightmare. Didn’t account for titratimg up when packing…

I pin 4mg reta on Sunday, 1mg sema on Weds., and 4mg tirz on Friday.

Reta has busted my stall... but I may bump it a bit, sema kills my food noise and tirz helps my inflammation.

I have been on GLPs for over 4 years and maxed out sema over 2 years ago. I switched to tirz but the food noise never went away so I added back sema. I was stalled when reta hit the scene huge so I stopped tirz and added that. My hands started killing me again, even with KLOW, so I added tirz back in and here we are.

I also had a number of surgeries last year and went off everything for 3-4 months and restarted again... hence why I think I know what these all do for me. 😉

I know it sounds insane and may not be for everyone... but it has been working for me.

I'm on 6 mg Reta (3mg 2x/week), .6 Cag (.3mg 2x/week), and I want to add Tirz. I've read that a good Tirz starting dose is 2.5mg/week at minimum, but considering my Reta/Cagri stack already in place, might it be a good idea to go slightly lower, and work my way up slowly?

Lost 70kg 3 years ago, 2 years ago started on ozempic with lots of side effects at low doses for a year, swapped to tirzepatide 15mg a year ago, was super happy at the lack of side effects compared to ozempic, so did not want to mess that up, was less hungry than before but still hungry so added reta 5mg. Cannot increase dose of either due to skin sensory issues. Lost another 14 kg over a year, added in low dose cagri 0.25 every 4 days to see if it helps, trying to find a dose/combo where I can eat when hungry and not put on weight if that is possible for long term maintenance, without too many side effects at 64kg, bmi 23.
