Anyone switch from high dose tirz to sema?

Switching from 12.5 tirz to sema. What dose of sema should I take?
I found a few charts online but most of them only show tirz 5mg or 7.5mg would equal 2.4mg dose of sema.

The official dosage of sema goes to 2.4mg which is roughly that 5mg of Tirz.
Tirz is more powerful.

Novo posted a press release a few days ago about a study being done with high dose sema, but we don't know much more. That one goes to 7.2mg. there's no info on how to go from 2.4mg to 7.2 so you might need to slowly go up.

I didn't find tirz to be as effective as sema, but I also don't know if I truly gave it a fair shot.
