I’ve been reading through a bunch of threads and I see people mentioning DSIP or adding it to their stacks, but not many actual experiences.
Is anyone here using it? Has it actually improved your sleep?

I’m thinking about trying it, but wanted to hear real feedback first.

Did nothing for me. Epithalon might have helped a bit.

Are you trying to improve duration of sleep, quality of sleep? Staying asleep? Falling asleep?

4IUs HGH pre bed has helped me with all the aforementioned.

A bit of everything mention except falling asleep. I find myself constantly waking between 2:30am - 3am every night. Not so bad when it's my days off work, but when I'm working, it's annoying af.

What dosage were you taking and for how long with DSIP? Trying to stay away from HGH due to having a cardiac arrest back in September.

Isn’t that a high dose of HGH?

I take 400mcg every second night. It has shown up in 10 point average increase in Garmin sleep scores and 20ms higher HRV. It might just be placebo or coincidence though.

I mixed 10mg in 10mL of BAC and placed in a nasal spray bottle and I give myself 2 squirts in the nose which is equal to about 250-300 mcg a night. I really haven’t noticed much? I still need my 25mg of seroquel and a squirt of selank but sleep scores on my Amazfit watch and Zepp app are always above 85%

DSIP is one I haven't tried yet but have been very interested in. Epitalon hasn't done much. So far the only thing that improved my sleep a little has been Tesa/Ipa about 30min before bed.

I titrated up to 400mcg/ night and went through 2x5mg vials. It didn't do much for me, but to be fair, nothing has since I started reta. I wake up almost every night between 2-4am. Sometimes I can get back to sleep but, often as not, I stay awake. I have tried every single supplement, med, and behavior I can find and still hasn't helped.

My husband and I tried DSIP, and it did nothing for us. Epitalon has helped our sleep though.

Seems to me, judging from everyone's experience, it's probably not worth the investment.

I tried it, and it did very little; very disappointed as I was hopeful of getting better sleep.
Must say I am on Reta 500mcg 3 x a week, and I have a feeling that is making my sleep worse than normal anyhow. My sleep has never been good. It sux 😒, I would love to get a solid 7 or 8 hours, but 2 to 3 is the best I get normally.

Isn’t delta waves what you have while dreaming? Maybe a better question is how many are having more vivid dreams on DSIP. I have noticed that has increased a bit for me.

If HGH isn't where you want to go, I have had great success with sermorelin ~300mcg right before I shut off the light. The first night I woke up to my alarm, and I hadn't done that for... decades?

Since then I've switched to ipa/CJC 250mcg/250mcg same time (but honestly 150/150 works too) that has an almost identical "keeping me asleep and waking up refreshed" effect.

I started using DSIP two weeks ago. I purchased 1 vial for a test. I liked it so much, I ordered a kit. I also take Tesa/Ipa nightly.

While I've had no trouble ever falling asleep, I've had issues waking up in the middle of the night. Sometimes several times, other times waking up way earlier than normal.

Here's what it does and doesn't do according to my experience.

1. It doesn't make me sleepy. It's not like Ambien, or sleep medication, etc.
2. It doesn't make me feel groggy in the morning. If anything, I pretty much have instant energy when I wake up.
3. I track my sleep with a Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra. I've noticed that my sleep score has gone up. I am spending longer in the Deep Sleep cycle. Where before I was usually getting 30-60 minutes of Deep Sleep a night, I'm now getting 60-90+ minutes a night.
4. I'm waking up less in the middle of the night as well. Most nights, I don't wake up at all.
5. I am dreaming more.

I've been running DSIP nightly for about 5 weeks.

One of the things that happen when you get old (I'm in my 70s) is that your deep sleep all but vanishes. Prior to pinning DSIP, I was getting about 5-10 minutes of deep sleep (about 3% tops). That's now running at 20-25%.

I now feel awake in the morning, which is a major change from before.
