Anyone have benefits, bad experiences, or neutral experiences with ARA290? Phase 2 trials from a decade ago showed human safety over 28day trials with improvements in small fiber neuropathy (regrowth), pain, neuropathy Hgb A1c, and lipids.
If you have had a good experience, do you have a domestic/GB source you liked, it seems less commonly stocked now that I’m looking around, but I only know a small subset of all the vendors despite some major time invested lol.
