Stacking Tirz + Reta. Any tips?

Reta works but Tirz helps with inflammation, I don’t want to lose that benefit.
Interesting. I haven't read any studies or testimonials that tirzapatide does more for inflammation. Is it the GIP agonist that does this? Retatrutide also has GIP receptor agonism.

Did you know retatrutide, using the Glucagon agonist, pretty much eliminates liver fat which is a major contributor to inflammation?

So today I will take my next dose of Tirz. Still haven't decided how to move forward.

Take 10mg and be happy?
Take 10mg and introduce 0,5-1mg reta today or later in the week?
up my dose of Tirz to 12,5mg?

Decisions decisions....

Don't forget the caloric deficit, I think of it as a three-headed monster. Peptide, diet, and exercise. If you find the right balance you can ween yourself off the peptides when you get closer to your goal weight. Consistency is key!! You've got this!
I am four pounds below goal and I am not weaning myself off. This is a lifetime project for me.

I actually feel the same way. I am 40 pounds down, but I still have 45 more pounds to go. I have a nice stash of supplies and a great workout/dieting plan. Just happy to be in a forum with like-minded people.

Introduce Reta you won’t be sorry
Yes I have decided to. Just don't know which day and how much. Thinking about Wednesday as I took my 10mg tirz yesterday and 0,5mg or 1mg reta. Still losing weight while eating 2900 calories a day and over 200g protein and weight lifting 5 days a week.

I take both on the same day, started at 2mg and bumped up to 4mg after 2 weeks. Seems to be working well for me.

I see. That's one way to do it. I feel that 2mg is a bit high to start with when I'm doing 10mg tirz as well. I might just take a dose when I get home from work to get the ball rolling.

So I have been taking Tirz fro about 4 months and steadily losing about 1.5 lbs a week on average; slow, but healthy enough. Started adding Reta just to see if I could get the number to go down more quickly and for the most part, it has been doin pretty well. Here is my "plan" I guess you could call it.

Wk1-2: 1mg (Body awareness phase part 1)
Wk3-6: 2mg (Actual dose start / aware part 2)
Wk7-10: 4mg
--Then increase 2mg every 4 weeks until maint reached--

I had the same feeling about those compounding pharmacies! 350 for 5 mg of tirz is insane! And dont get me started on those reddit resellers. Its just greed on greed on greed on greed. Anyways glad you were able to find a useful thread 🤞🏼
