are any of you starting to like poking yourself

I absolutely do not like it, I'd say I like it even less since I started Cagri (it stings like a bit h sometimes)

I can tolerate it more than early on, but no I definitely don't enjoy it.

On a related note, why do so many people take injectable B12 over the oral version? I know there are some that have a specific genetic mutation that requires injectable, but other than that, i see no advantages.

Yes, I absolutely love it! Not a fan of IM injections though, but SubQ I could do all day every day, and basically do! But I'm also a weirdo who enjoys watching the phlebotomist do my blood draws.

@raw_oyster_eater are you noticing anything from the fat dissolvers? I've been looking into them for when I'm closer to my goal weight.

Same. IM I really dislike. I'm always afraid I'm putting it where it doesn't belong.

For me, I have a hard time remembering to take oral meds. Even the prescriptions I've been on for over 12 years, if they aren't right next to my toothbrush, I won't remember to take them. For some reason I don't have this problem with injectables, possibly due to the novelty of them, or maybe it's the slight adrenaline rush I get from it? I don't know.

Don't mind it at all. 31g literally doesn't hurt at all. I poke every 2-3 days.

I'm someone who has passed out at the sight of blood multiple times too.

I did that a recently! I pulled back on the plunger and there was blood in the syringe. I removed the needle and didn't inject, but it still left a crazy dark bruise about the size of a quarter. I've been too freaked out to try again.

putting a couple of 10 ml vials of fat melter in my stomach takes about 40 pokes. you have to spread it out in a grid pattern about every 1/2 inch.

never thought weight loss drugs would end up being my vice but here we are, lol.

yep.
Sounds like Botox for your belly! 5 units here, 5 units there...

I have to watch, too! I don't understand people who can't look. If I'm not watching, it's worse, I feel snuck up on!

Nope. But maybe that’s cause I get a mild allergic reaction every time.

very very slow progress. It's going to end up costing a couple grand to get the results i want. BUt i started way too soon. You have the right idea, lose as much as you can first then start fat melter injections. I'm way too overly excited about all of this stuff.

See I’m the exact opposite they have to fan me down and give me water when I get blood work lol. I definitely still have to hype myself for pokes but am up to doing 2-3 injections about 3-4 times a week between various pep

The injection itself is a non-event. A tiny little jab that I can hardly feel. But I really look forward to taking it. Talk about positive reinforcement. A tiny little jab and the pounds drop off. The pounds that I have been fighting to take off for decades!

I take lipo-c IM(thigh) twice a week along with my Tirz. It’s getting easier but its still not fun yet.

I've been putting off blood work for a month because of a needle phobia. Sticking myself? That's fine. Not enjoyable, but it's whatever, it's just medication delivered in a different way. And I can give needles to animals no problem (I'm not confident enough to try on another human.)

I wish they'd just let me draw my own blood, it's when someone else has the needle coming at me that I freak out.

OMG, this is me. I count the hours to injection day. I feel like a junkie. But this stuff works so well that I can't help it. The injection itself doesn't bother, but I'm sure I'm getting a high just by thinking about injection day.

with needles. Or am i just a sick M-fer?
My addict patients sometimes loved when I stuck them, because they could get a rush from it. But some hated it, because it triggered them to want to use. For me, I have to convince myself it's for my own good, close my eyes, and dart myself. And then I am SHOCKED, have to wait a second, and then I can inject. I hate needles.

As long as you use good spots, it’s hard to miss the target area and close to impossible to hit something you shouldn’t hit.

Have a nurse (or a big scary guy at the gym) show and explain and you’re good to go

I was doing ventrogluteal, I watched a ton of videos on it even though it seemed super simple. I still managed to hit a blood vessel a couple weeks ago. I pulled back on the plunger before injecting and saw blood in the syringe. Freaked me out enough that I haven't tried again since. Also, after each injection I would spend the rest of the day convincing myself that I injected the Glutathione incorrectly and was going to die in my sleep. 🥴

You sick freaks. Go inject yourself with Glutathione and see how you like it.

I slide it in too slow and I can feel when I touch a vein. As more fat melts away those veins I used to nudge are visible now. Mostly

Understandable, there are a few blood vessels you could hit if you are a bit off the right spot. If it's a smaller injection i actually prefer delts or lats, basically no chance of hitting anything weird, and you don't need to go very deep since they are lean areas
