Are you having trouble getting your order that came via ORD?

I've been reading on several Telegram groups that there are significant delays in receiving orders from CN. Specifically, orders coming through ORD. There's reporting that their orders arrived in Chicago, are showing a status of "Clearance processing completed- Import" which the LLM's are confident means they have cleared customs, and then sit and sit with no tracking updates, many of them since the beginning of May. I've seen any number of posts celebrating delivery of and no issues with orders from CN arrivng via NY and CA. Why Chicago?

My order just arrived after sitting in Chicago's US Customs for almost 3 weeks.

Other than sitting there, the shipping was quick and everything arrived in good condition.

I've got one that's showing "Delivered to local carrier" since 5/5. Arrived and cleared customs on 5/4 in about 10 hours. Keeping my fingers crossed. This is my 4th order and the previous ones all arrived in about 12 days from payment. Paid for this order mid-April

Still sitting in Chicago as we speak (as far as I can tell.) No movement since it cleared customs on 5/8/26. Emmy, from ERP posted this:
"All packages detained in Chicago are already in reshipment process. Contact your sales rep to rearrange your order. Don't worry, all your issues will be sorted out."

Louise responded and said it has to sit for 20 days before reship can happen. I'll reach back out to Louise on 5/29. The saga continues.

I had one through STL via USPS. Never showed up. They re-shipped through Buffalo, NY via FedEx. Haven't seen it either....I think it's pretty safe to say I'm done with that supplier.

Mine cleared customs in Chicago within hours, but this was back in the beginning of April.

Just reassured me that I should hold off on my big order i was going to make. Really dont feel like having my package sit in Chicago customs for 3 weeks. Ill stick to the US Warehouses for now 🙏🏼

I am having the same issue everybody else is. Mine says it "completed" the import customs, but has fallen off then. 0 movement since the middle of April. I contacted the vendor and they said on their end it showed getting pulled back for customs inspection a second time (not sure if they can actually see something like that or not), but they have said they are considering mine gone/seized so they are reshipping.

If you ordered from ERP and need a re-ship, it now allegedly costs 50% of your original order for them to re-ship, or you can opt for a refund of 30% of what you paid. What a crock.
