So I made the switch from tesa/ipa to 2iu GH a few months ago and have been loving it. I’m about to start a small cycle in a week or two and wanted to start titrating the GH up to 4iu. So last week I bumped up to 3iu and have had severe joint pain in my elbows. I’ve been fine at 2iu, but I guess 3iu is too much. It’s supposed to be temporary, but I don’t know how long it usually lasts before starting to subside.

2iu only nets me an IGF1 level of 270 which is fine on a cruise, but I’m looking for more on a blast, so I was hoping to power through it. I hate taking ibuprofen because it tanks hypertrophy signaling but at this point I have to go light at the gym anyways. Anyone else get Arthralgia from GH? If so, how long does it usually last?

It last until it doesn’t. It’s individual. You will have to share with us what your research shows. No
Sides at 2iu for 2 months. About to up dose to 2.50iu’s.

I was at 2iu for about 3-4 months with no side. Went to 3iu and my elbows instantly just threw in the towel. It's been about two weeks and they are still pissed but not getting any worse.

Are you doing any cardio ?
I do a fast paced zone 2 walk for about an hour a night and then a zone 3-4 run for 10 min every day before my workout. I'll also hop om the stationary bike for 30min sometimes while watching TV.

Man you beat me...💪🏼
I had joint pain at 3iu with little cardio. Then started doing 30 minutes everyday and lots of symptoms disappeared. Specially joint pian and water retention around ankles.

You did bump the dose by 50% though.
For me 4IUs was too much. Tried lowering salt intake and supplementing potassium but it didn't do anything. BPC helped and made it tolerable but felt like i was still gonna snap a ligament or tendon while lifting. I switched to 6IUs on lifting days so 3-4x week and that actually made it go away. Was still on BPC too though.
