Probably from the start of 0 pep. Ie Asc or a finisher underneath them gets a shipment that is mostly 0 pep with some remnant pep. When finishing small amount of pep ends in the vials.

It means something you have to order . . . unless you're so discouraged that you give up on the grey market. It is discouraging that to see a vendor that historical had a good reputation have this happen. Tracy (QSC) is now gone. ASC should be gone if ASC doesn't quickly fix this and not just for customers who complain about it.
The last batch of Tracy’s cagri didn’t test well either.
ASC is still here. It's QSC that has disappeared.
Hopefully Tuk comes back with some "fully responsible" lip service.
Have they made any of their December follies right to customers yet?

Tracy said they’d be back after CNY but it’s been crickets so far. I got my Christmas promo order in a timely manner and feel like one of the lucky ones.

i used to "shill" for QSC until they ran off like a dog with scalded balls.
before that i "shilled" for amolist, SRY and ZZT because they accepted easy forms of payment.
right now the threshold is not very high. NEXPAH is the only one with reasonable prices that will take an order.
Two of those shillings were in response to someone asking where to get peps right now. "so what's your general sourcing strategy now?"
