Sharing more test results from a group of us on who went in on testing of ASC Tirz with Pep Test. Thanks to @Midnite for heading this one up. We all agreed to share our results and this was another great collaboration from everyone. Five of us sent in vials and split the cost of testing so they are all on one COA. We also had two “test allies” who contributed funds for testing. The leader maintained a separate spreadsheet so we were able to trace results back to our individual vials. This was a great way to vet this new vendor and reduce the price of individual testing. We have sterility tests pending.

The range 29.4 - 33.54 is not exactly optimal, its around 13% difference, but its not a bad result.
For example, the recent GYC Sema10 test also came back with a 10% difference.

It might be interesting to test always more vials in the future...

I also was surprised to see this big of a variation between vials from the same batch. Thank you and the group for sharing your results.

Great results. And Tuk is always so nice and helpful. She has never acted like a gangster and told people on this board to go eat dog shit. AND, she accepts Paypal
Accepting PayPal is good. Some people ought to be told to eat dog shit, however. There is no way that she (if Tuk is a she) is as good looking as depicted in the vendor photo.

If you look at the much larger Amo tests they were much tighter variance. These 33mg vials are just outside the acceptable range. Unfortunately, a lot of vendors err on the side of overfilling instead of accuracy at the request of the customers.

What I'm curious about is what do people care more about when they overfill or underfill?

Acceptable range is plus or minus 10%. Excellent is plus or minus 5%.

But some people feel cheated if its under at all and celebrate large overfills. Those people are disregarding the safety issues when some vials come back massively overfilled.

If you want to provide a good product, test the maximum number of samples from a batch to show good fill consistency and then just price it for whatever the fill is.

Yes, our primary purpose is to produce the best quality products for customers, which is related to everyone's health we will do better!

Agree I haven’t ordered from asc but the ones I have ordered from I have definitely noticed vials that were more effective than others and wondered if this were the case.

I find it incredibly odd and hard to believe these companies using million dollar machinery can't measure to the milligram accurately. I can get a 0.0001g scale for like $400 new. There should be no excuse these companies aren't hitting +-5%, but what do I know.

You realize they are not dispensing powder, right? They get raws, mix it with fillers and stabilizers in liquid form then fill the vials before freeze drying the contents under vacuum. Once that is complete, they can test the results for fill and purity.

At least if the over/under fill is consistent you can address it when reconstituting. In you recon it assuming 30mg and you are dosing 15mg you have no idea from vial-to-vial if you are dosing 15mg or almost 17mg. I guess this is just one of the downsides of gray.

The upside is the dose in glps is pretty forgiving.
