Sorry to hear that. 😞 Did your vendor warn you of the risk shipping to Vic? My two vendors gave me a heads up that postcodes ending in 3 or 4 (so Vic and Queensland) are high risk zones.

Maybe that's why my last to orders to Queensland came via Sydney, my Auspost tracking didn't work until it cleared Sydney

Nope, no warning. Told me they were using a new logistics route whatever that means.
Still no partial refund 😞

There's a couple like that, and a few offer full reshipment.

From what I'd read here (they're a sponsor) they did offer a reship, but when I ordered they confirmed they had recently changed that. Sucks for me.

Cheers, I'll take a look. Got a call today for screening and they said it's for RES010. Interesting, had never heard of it. Will check our search bar here and see if anyone's done trials elsewhere.

Whats everyone's thoughts on the crypto law changes? that came in July 1 - I see coinspot have increased monitoring and is you send over $1000 to your own offline wallet you need to verify ownership
 
Hey guys, does anyone in this thread have any experience posting peps to one of the major labs outside aus for testing? Just wondering which postage company was used and what you declared it as etc. really keen to test but this is made very hard living in Australia.

Theres companies here that will test them, problem is the vendor likely wouldnt accept it if it didnt come from janoshik.

Still testing is good for piece of mind.
A new one is opening up soon in Aus.
$300 for purity. Mass, sterility and endos.
Cant think of name, but registered email to be notified.
Plan on testing small order, before placing a larger one.

Really keen to find out about the new lab. I've seen some places online that have a 'contact us' form but I haven't reached out. Is $300 about normal for a test lab?

$300-$350 pretty standard for mass/purity.
The extras are just a bonus.
 
Hey folks, looking at a reship scenario with an order this week. Two weeks "pending" tracking and vendor has offered if no movement come Monday. Would you use a different name and address for the reship?

Did they provide international tracking? Is there no movement on either side? Sometimes vendors only provide the Aus tracking details but not China.

I'd probably look into changing the route if that's in the vendor's control. From what I've read, getting through Vic / Qld is risky (some parcels manage to get through, but I think that's luck). If you can re-route via Sydney before getting to its final destination, that would increase your chances. If that's not in control and you have a mate in Sydney you can ship to, maybe get it sent there and then have them send it to you.

Another thing you can consider is pay for the Express shipping option (DHL, FedEx) if that's available to you.

I can only speak for Syd as that's where I am. I've had 2 orders get to me safely from China last week. One was standard post; the other was DHL.

Thanks for the info. One of my packs has no international tracking the other does and is suck on "awaiting customs clearance". I worry my address is burnt now and any reship will be flagged... hence thinking to use a different end point. Had noted there are vendors who use DHL and thinking this will be my strategy next time for sure.

If it worries you then there's no harm in trying a different address or a parcel locker
