I am looking at getting Tirz which is I believe the closest to mounjaro. What would the approx cost for a year at 15mg dose per week .I have looked at price lists but I can't get my head around the terminology.
Price lists are never the best deal. They are the starting point for negotiating. I've seen tirz for $0.28/mg.I am looking at getting Tirz which is I believe the closest to mounjaro. It would be best for you to spend some time reading here so you can understand the terminology before you jump into buying.I have looked at price lists but I can't get my head around the terminology.
That is so helpful, thank youPrice lists are never the best deal. They are the starting point for negotiating. I've seen tirz for $0.28/mg.
So for 1 year you need 15mg * 52 weeks = 780mg. So a single T100 (1000mg) would cover it or a T60 (600mg) + T30 (300mg).
a T30 kit is 10 vials of 30mg each. (total 300mg) *most sellers are selling kits. You can ask them to clarify, or say which vendor you're considering and we will know if they are one of the rare single vial sellers. So T30 means 300 mg which makes sense as on one of the price lists I have has T30 at 30mg which seems way to expensive.
What this person said....tirzepatide is the generic chemical name for Mounjaro, so it's exact rather than closest. Except that it won't come in an autoinjector. You'll get dry-form in a kit of 10 vials (each vial containing the number of milligrams stated in marketing description).
You'll need to learn about and separately acquire the specific liquid you'll use to reconstitute the dried ("lyophilized") medication in its vial, syringes of the right specifications for both reconstituting purpose and subcutaneous injection, and alcohol wipes (or similar) for your skin and for the vial tops before every use (including at reconstituting).
Most of what's discussed on this forum is based on USA availability, so as you search, read and learn, keep your own domicile in mind. Once you're permitted to ask your own informed questions, specify the country you're in ... locals can best advise you how to procure the accessory supplies you seek.
Re pricelists: MOQ means Minimum Order Quality, which usually means how many kits you need to buy for free shipping. Lists are almost entirely in USD. Buying from a CN (China) warehouse can take a widely varying time for delivery (2 to 6 weeks is perfectly normal), so don't let your on-hand supply run too low.
A few reputable vendors have UK & EU warehouses, faster and more certain but a bit pricier (although still radically cheaper than what you've probably been paying for name-brand). And there are many non-reputable vendors, so spend time to choose carefully.
You'll also have to learn how to pay with cryptocurrency, which is its own whole often-frustrating learning curve.
Where are you seeing this "price list" your looking at?So T30 means 300 mg which makes sense as on one of the price lists I have has T30 at 30mg which seems way to expensive.
A kit has 10 vials (unless you seek out a single vial vendor) and they give the amount per vial. So a T30 kit will be 30x10=300mgSo T30 means 300 mg which makes sense as on one of the price lists I have has T30 at 30mg which seems way to expensive.
wait, what? Do you mean negotiating as in haggling?Price lists are never the best deal. They are the starting point for negotiating. I've seen tirz for $0.28/mg.

I assume significant bulk buying is involved to really negotiate, unless one is doing something more like price matching.
